• Picks the new flattened carton from its infeed magazine and forms and tapes the tab-lock carton. This is a unique capability – previously all cartons of this generic type are hand formed in Australia.
• Loads the collated bottles into the formed carton
• Presents the carton for palletizing.

• Collates the bottles into a specific pattern for the selected carton size ( ie array of 6 x 10, 8 x 10, etc.)
• Picks the recycled flattened carton from its infeed magazine and forms the carton. This is a unique capability to handled the inconsistencies of recycled cartons.
• Loads the collated bottles into the formed carton
• Inserts a divider card between bottle layers within each carton.
• Stacks the filled cartons onto a pallet.
• Automatically loads pallet slipsheet and divider boards between pallet layers.
